Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6-8 thin pork chops
loaf of bread
tsp baking powder
parsley flakes (shake over mixture)
Salt (regular or onion)
Pepper (sprinkle lightly)
1 TBSP butter
Some milk to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble up bread in a bowl, add all dry ingredients then add butter a little milk to make bread mixture stick together, mix using your hands. If it holds together you have enough milk in it. Then form into oblong balls and place on top of pork chops that have been browned on both sides with butter. You should add a little water to the pork chips after you brown them on both sides just enough that it comes up to the sides of the chops. Once it has cooked on low for about 10 minutes, spoon the drippings over the chops, continue adding water as needed to keep the chops from sticking and keep spooning the drippings over the stuffing (do this at least 3-4 times). The chops should be covered while cooking. Cook for about one half hour like this.
