Salmon 16 oz can 2 cups
c milk
1 c soft bread crumbs
2 TBSP sweet pickle chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
 1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon reserving liquid. To liquid add enough milk to measure 1 cup. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients. Pack into small loaf pan or dish. Bake in moderate oven at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until browned. Serve with hollandaise sauce if desired. .
