2 c ricotta cheese
2 c mozzerella cheese
3 eggs
1 TBSP parsley
tsp oregano
tsp salt
1 pkg frozen spinach
tsp pepper
spaghetti sauce
jumbo shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells and drain. Keep in cool water to keep from sticking. Cook spinach, cool and drain. Press out extra liquid. Beat eggs, add cheeses, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper. Add spinach, combine well. Fill each shell. Spoon a little sauce on bottom of pan. Add shells, cover with remaining sauce. If you wish you may add additional cheese over sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
