1 11.5 oz can tomato juice
about 12 slices American cheese (you can use cheddar)
about box elbow macaroni (1 1lb box)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Layer macaroni on bottom of casserole dish (usually about 1 layer I usually end up with 3 layers) top with a layer of cheese. Pour one-third tomato juice over the layer. Do this about two more times until the dish is full. Cover dish and cook for 15 minutes with cover on, then remove lid and cook for 15 minutes with lid off.

Mom would make this every Friday night. Its a simple dish rather plain. But its a favorite of our and was of dads. We would have this along with pizza on Friday evenings. It was something we always looked forward to as kids.
