2 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c bleu cheese ¼ c Miracle Whip ½ c heavy cream 1 TBSP lemon juice 1 TBSP wine vinegar (scant) Finely diced onion Garlic powder and onion salt (to taste) Ketchup just for color
Blend cheeses. Beat in ½ c heavy cream. Stir in mayo, lemon juice and vinegar. Add seasonings.
I have no idea where I got this recipe but its GOOD!
