2 TBSP gelatin
c cold water
2 c sugar
c boiling water
food coloring and flavoring of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in the cold water. Combine sugar and boiling water. Boil 5 minutes. Add the soften gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Boil slowly 15 minutes. Divide into 3 portions. Flavor each portion and tint with any desired food coloring. Pour into shallow pans (1/4 size) which have been dipped in cold water. Let stand overnight. Turn out and cut into squares. Roll in powdered sugar or granulated sugar. Let stand until firm.
