Ingredients:
2 c sugar
1 c milk
3 rounded TBSP cocoa
1 walnut size piece of butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Butter the inside of a flat serving dish. Set it aside. Mix all ingredients (except vanilla) in a deep cooking pot, bring to a boil, keep on medium to medium-high heat, stirring constantly. After about 10 minutes it should be thickened, test it by taking a small spoon and dropping a little in some cold water, if it forms a ball in the bottom and if when you pour the water out it feels rather firm; youíre ready to take it off the heat. Place the pot on a potholder. Add vanilla, then tilt the pot on itís side and start stirring it to cool it down. In about 3-4 minutes, once the fudge losses its shiny appearance and is rather hard to stir, you are ready to quickly pour it onto your buttered serving dish.

Hint: If you want to make Peanut Butter Fudge you leave out the butter and add ľ c peanut butter.
