lettuce or cabbage 1/8 c milk ¼ c salad dressing or mayo ¼ tsp vinegar 3 packets Equal or Sweet-n-low Salt & pepper
Shred lettuce in bowl – enough for two people. Mix all other ingredients in a “shaker” jar and shake. Taste, if too sour, add more sugar. If not thick enough, add more mayo. Pour over lettuce. You and also add sliced hard-boiled eggs on top.
