5 large potatos
1 egg
salt (optional)
2 c flour (more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatos until soft. Mash them and let get cold. Add egg and mix. Blend in flour until mixture is dry. Form into balls and cook 7 minutes in salted water.
