head cabbage
1 stick of butter
1 tsp flour
4 TBSP cider vinegar
4 and TBSP sugar
Little salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cabbage, cover with water until up around the edges. Add a little salt. Cook until almost soft. Test a thick piece. In a jar, add the vinegar and sugar see if the taste is asweet yet tart tasting. When it is just the right mixture, add c water and the flour. Shake well. Then add to the cabbage that is cooking. Serve once the mixture becomes a little thicker.
