2 lb beef (chuck roast)
bag (lb) dried limas
1 sm can tomato paste
1 onion
2 lg potatos

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into in cubes and put in water to cook. Skim. Add limas and onions and let cook. When way done, add potatos and tomato paste. Cook until tender.
