1 lb fresh or frozen lima benas (pole beans are best but are also hard to find)
lb fat back
salt & pepper
2 c flour (add enough water to make a dough that can be rolled out). Roll out and cut.
2 qt water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute fat back in soup pot, add water, lima beans, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until beans are tender. Add dough squares to boiling water. Cook till done. About 5 minutes.
