Ingredients:  
1 level TBSP Knox gelatin
c cold water
1 c boiling water
c lemon juice
c sugar
1 c fruit
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minute, then add boiling water, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Cool and when mixture begins to stiffen add fruit using cherries, bananas, oranges and pineapples. Turn into mold or sherbert dishes. Chill and serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 6.
