4-5 large potatos
2-3 stalks celery
1 hard boiled egg diced up
1 TBSP onion chopped up fine
Parsley flakes (sprinkled)
Salt & Pepper
Sugar, vinegar, water, salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potato’s until soft. Let stand in refrigerator over night. Dice up potato’s in a bowl add all the above ingredients. In a separate bowl take 1 TBSP of cider vinegar and add 2 TBSP of water and sprinkle some sugar in…enough to add a sweet taste…pour this into the potato mixture then add enough salad dressing or mayo to make it hold together.
