1 C Quick Grits, cook as directed
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 lb. sausage (browned)
6 oz. chedder cheese (grated)
1 C milk
2 tsps. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in large skillet slowly until done. Add butter and stir well. Add eggs, cheese, grits and milk; mix together. Pour into 9 x 14 casserole and bake for 1 hour.
