1 (32 oz) pkg. frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cram of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp dried Rosemary (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon mixture into a 11 x 7" baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over top
Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour or until bubbly and golden.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes
