15 oz. box raisin bran
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. soda
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pour buttermilk over raisins in lg. mixing bowl. Let stand until "mushy". Add other ingredients and mix together. Batter stores in refrigerator for up to 2 months. Put in greased muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min. Can substitute plain Total cereal if you don't like raisins. Nuts are also good. These are doctor recommended to keep your colon clean! They taste good too.
