1 c margarine
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
½ tap baking powder
4½ c flour
½ tsp salt


Frosting:

2 c powdered sugar
1 egg white
⅓ c butter
Vanilla/or almond flavoring to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Bake 8-10 min

Mix margarine & sugar
Add eggs, beat
Mix in scour cream & vanilla
Sift dry ingredients & mix in creamed mixture
Chill dough overnight

Roll on flowered board ¼" thick
Cut & paste on cookie sheet
Bake until firm

Mix frosting ingredients until smooth
Add coloring if desired
