3 med red potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces 1 T. taco seasoning 1 T. canola oil
In lg. resealable bag combine all ingred. and shake to coat. Place potatoes in a 9 inch square baking pan coated with non stick spray. Bake uncovered at 450 for 25 to 30 min.or til tender stirring once.
