1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. dry noodles
1 c. asparagus
2 c. cut up chicken
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, water and cheese. Make a sauce and mix with the other ingredients. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
