Crust:

1/2 c. butter melted
1 c. flour
1 c. water
6 eggs


Filling:

2 small pkg. vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Take off heat and stir in flour until ball forms. Beat eggs into the mixture, one at a time. Spread this in a jellyroll pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.

Filling: Mix the pudding, milk and cream cheese. Spread this on cooled crust. Spread Cool Whip on top of this layer and drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Store in refrigerator.

I like this recipe with chocolate pudding but you can use any kind of instant pudding.
