1 lb pinto beans
3 lb. roast
1 can rotel tomato and peppers
2 med. onions
1 c. tomato puree
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Completely cover with water in heavy roaster. Cook in 200 degree oven for about 6 hrs.
You can cook it overnite.
This is really good and all you need is a tossed salad, dessert or cornbread to complete the meal.
