1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. marg.(1 stick) divided
1/4 c. water
1 can chicken broth
1 c. flour divided
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 c. chopped chicken breasts cooked
1 10oz pkg frozen peas and carrots thawed
3/4 c. oatmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 egg white

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook onion in 2 T. marg. over med heat 3 min. or until tender. Add combined water,broth and 1/4 c flour, seasoning & salt.Cook 3 min or until thickened.
Stir in chicken and veg. pour into a casserole dish.
Combine 3/4 c. flour oats and baking powder. Cut in remaining marg. until crumbly.
Stir in milk and egg white til moistened.
Drop by spoon fuls onto top of casserole mixture and bake 38 to 42 min. or til golden brown.
