1 box of Betty Crocker chewy chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
½ cup canola oil
1 10 oz bag of chopped Andes Mints baking chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, canola oil and eggs (I use a standing mixer).
2. Fold in the Andes mints with a spoon and mix well.
3. Roll the dough into 1-2 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350º for 7-9 minutes.
