3 oz. ground beef
1 potato, diced
1 sm. carrot, sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take a large piece of aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Place ground beef, diced potato, carrot and onion on the foil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold and seal the foil (make a packet). Cook on hot coals over a campfire or a grill for 25 minutes. Turn over after 10-15 minutes.
