1lb. Hamburger or any ground meat
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 or 2 Pkgs Enchilada Seasoning
1 Pkg Hash Browns
1 to 1 1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Drain
Add Enchilada Seasoning & Tomato Sauce.
Add hash browns cook until potatoes are done. Add a little water or another can of tomato sauce if needed while cooking.
Add cut up cheese in and all over the top of meat mixture.
Can be placed into oven to melt and brown cheese if desired.
