2 lb. baby beef liver 2 onion sliced salt pepper seasoning salt flour oil
Season liver to taste.Roll in flour and place in hot oil in lg. skillet. Brown well and cover with water and cook on med for 1 hr. Stir often and add water as needed. Separate onions and add to liver cover and simmer 1 hr.Gravy should thicken with time if it does not mix a little flour with a small amount of water and mix well. Add to skillet.Remember to stir often.
