Ingredients:  
Amount of steak desired (cube steak).Cut each piece into serving size.Season steak with salt, pepper, seasoning salt, and Greek seasoning or to your taste. Roll in flour and place in hot oil in large skillet(I use electric).When browned cover with water and cover. Let simmer stirring often for 2 or 3 hrs.Add cut chopped onion to taste.Add water as needed. Let thicken and check gravy to see if it needs seasoning. Salt and pepper.
