3 to 5 lb. roast(I like chuck) Seasonings(salt, pepper, seasoned salt, Greek etc. your choice) 2 med. onions 2 cans carrots 5 lg.cubed potatoes water as needed
Put roast into roaster ,season well,add a couple c. water and put in oven at 325 covered .In about 3 hrs. add onion cubed and potatoes. add carrots and season veggies as desired.Return cover and pit back in oven for another 3 hrs. Be sure to add water to cover veggies and make broth.
