1 whole chicken washed and drained
1 can beer
seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken . Rub with a combination salt, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic ect. What ever you like.
Set chicken on open beer so steam from beer goes up into the chicken.
Place on hot grill and close lid. Let cook 1 1/2 or 2 until done.
Bring in and cut up.

Can be done in oven but cover with foil to keep moisture in . Bake about 300 to 325.
