Mix together;;; 1 can jack mackerel de boned, 1 egg, 1 T. flour, salt and pepper to taste, 6 crackers crushed and a dash of Greek seasoning. Mix well. Make patties. Roll in flour and fry in oil til golden brown. Serve with sliced fried potatoes or mac and cheese
