1/2 lb. macaroni, twists or spirals
2 c. broccoli florets, parboiled
1 sweet red or green pepper, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
1 can (5 3/4 oz.) black olives, drained
1 can (7 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
1 pkg. (4 oz.) sliced pepperoni
1 pkg. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Italian dressing

Cook macaroni until tender; according to package instructions. Drain, rinse and cool. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir well to coat all ingredients with dressing. Cover and allow salad to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
