8 oz imitation crabmeat chunks
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Assorted crackers or bagel chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl shred imitation crabmeat. Stir in mayonnaise, onion, parsley & black pepper. Stir in cheese. Spoon into shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
