1 cup cornmeal.
2 eggs
1/3 cup low-fat kefir.
Sweetener. We will have a stevia. 2 scoops are enough
Coconut oil. It will give an unforgettable aroma. Take 50 grams.
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes.

Directions:
In one container, mix all the ingredients.
This can be done in a blender, then you will have a uniform dense mass.
We make cookies from the dough and send it to the oven.
Cooking time 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
