1-1/2 cups butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
1-1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

-Preheat oven to 350º
- Beat together with mixer - butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large bow! until well blended.
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together and add to butter mixture - blend together well with mixer.
- Using wooden spoon mix into flour/butter mixture – rolled oats, then Rice Krispies, then butterscotch chips, then pecans.
- Roll soft dough by hand into approx. 30 golf ball size balls
- Place each ball on ungreased cookie sheet then flatten to approx. 114 inch thickness by hand (leave about 3 inches between each cookie for spread).
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until pale gold.
- Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack and allow to cool.
