Ingredients:
2/3 cup Blanched Almonds
½ cup Butter
1 tbsp Milk
½ cup Sugar
2 tbsp Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grind almonds and mix with other ingredients. Stir until butter melts. Drop by teaspoonful onto well greased and floured cookie sheet. (If using a Teflon cookie sheet, you do not need to grease and flour the sheet.) Bake 8 cookies at a time in 350º oven until light brown (about 8-10 minutes). Let cool slightly and lay over floured broom handle to cool. Take two chairs, back to back about 4’ apart. Clean your broom handle, flour it and lay it across the chair backs like a bridge. Using a spatula, place warm cookies on broom handle and they will curl around handle as they cool. Make sure cookies are still hot enough to curl. Once cool, remove and place in airtight container.
Be careful-they are very fragile.
