500 g. boneless chicken.
1 1/2 tsp (each)- salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, garam masala, 2 green chillies.

Directions:

1. Wash chicken pieces, then wipe wish a cloth or napkins until dry.
2. Apply all the above ingredients and mariante the chicken for 2-3 hrs.
3. Grill, bake or cook on a pan.

This recipe is rather versatile- for those of who are vegetarians you can substitute chicken for cottage cheese. This recipe aslo taste great cooked with prawns or any type of fish in place of chicken.
Note- Garam masala is a powder consituting of a mixture of cloves, cardimon and pepper corns.
