2 pks fettuccine noodles 1 stick butter
1/4 cup olive oil, 2 egg yolks, 1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp basil. 1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccini as directed. Drain and cover.

in a small pan heat oil and melt butter. Romove from heat. In small bowl beat the cream with egg yolk until smooth. Turn the fettuccini into a warm serving bowl and pour the cream/egg mixture on top.
Top with butter oil mixture and half cheese. Toss and add more cheese until distributed evenly.
