1 ½ Cups Sifted All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Butter, Softened
½ Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Craisins

NOTE: CAN SUBSTITUTE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS AND MACADAMIUM NUTS FOR THE WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND CRAISINS

In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.

At low speed, beat in flour mixture until blended. Fold in oats, craisins and white chocolate chips. Chill for 15-30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheet. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned on edges.
