1/2 lb sausage, browned and drained
1 cup onion, chopped fine
1 cup celery, chopped fine
3 cups golden delicious apples, chopped
8 cups white bread cubes
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp salt
2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Brown and drain sausage, reserving a small thin layer of pan drippings in pan. Saute onion and celery in pan with pan drippings and set aside. In a large mixing bowl toss together all ingredients except chicken broth. When ingredients are tossed well, add chicken broth to moisten. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for one hour in 325 oven.
