½ c veg oil
1 c cocoa powder
2 T butter
2 c flour
½ t salt
1 c powdered sugar
2 t vanilla
2 t baking POWDER
2 c sugar
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
~Mix oil, chocolate, butter, and regular sugar
~Blend in one egg at a time
~Add vanilla
~In separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder
~Add into chocolate mixture
~Chill several hours
~Form into 1" balls and roll into powdered sugar
~Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
~Bake at 350º for 10-12 mins
~Cool on wire rack
