4 eggs
1 c. veg. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (optional)

3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese softened
6 T. butter softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milk

Combine ingredients and pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Beat frosting and add when cool. Decorate with candy corn or pumpkin candy.
