3 T. butter 3 T. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 1/4 c. milk 4-5 hard boiled eggs 1 c. diced ham (optional)
Melt butter over low heat, and blend flour and seasonings. Stir till bubbly. Add milk and heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Stir in chopped eggs (ham). Add atop toast. Garnish with 2 grated egg yolks.
