2 eggs
1 envelope onion soup mix
cup seasoned bread crumbs
cup chopped dried cranberries
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

1 can (16 oz.) whole-berry cranberry sauce
cup ketchup
cup beef broth
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. cider vinegar

In a bowl, combine eggs, soup mix, bread crumbs, cranberries and parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls; fry until done. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Heat in slow cooker.

I usually make a double batch for the slow cooker. Use the large cookie scoop from Pampered Chef so the meatballs are the same size.
