2 lg. onions chopped
2 gr. peppers chopped
3 T. shortening
1 lb. gr. meat
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions, peppers, meat in shortening until done.
Add remaining ingred. Cook til rice is done.
Cheese may be put on top and let run into mixture.
