1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 onion chopped
1 can Cr. of chicken soup
1/2 stick oleo
1 8oz carton sour cream
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper hash browns thawed.
Sauté chopped onion in oleo. Then mix with potatoes. Mix soup and sour cream together and add to potato mixture. Put in baking dish and sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 min. Easy, and quick and very good.
