Box of lemon cake mix

1/3 oil

2 eggs

0.5 tbls lemon juice

lemon zest
Directions:
Directions:
1 - Mix together

2 - Scoop out dough and roll in a bowl of powdered sugar. Coat evenly.

3 - Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet

4 - Bake at 350 for 6 minutes, rotate cookie sheet and bake for another 4. If they are not done, keep in the oven and check every minute.

5 - Cool cookies for about 5 minutes before taking them off the cookie sheet.

6 - Enjoy!
