1 stick butter
1 small onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced finely
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can rotel
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 1 lb. ground meat
1 box frozen broccoli,(cuts)
2 bags (12)pistolette bread (cut in half & remove middle)

Directions:

Saute’ onion and celery in margarine. Brown ground meat. Add
remaining ingredients and let simmer 10 minutes. Stuff pistolette
bread halves with mixture. Place each half in a 9 x 13 pan and
bake at 300º for 20-30 min. or until rolls are golden brown.

I normally prepare these the day before and refrigerate until
time to bake and serve. Sometimes I use 1 can of Cream of
Mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken. You may add
extra cheese whiz or substiute 1 large can crab meat and 1
pound boiled shrimp(finely chopped) for the ground meat.
