2 lbs. beef (cut in small pieces)
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. carrots (cut)
1 green pepper
1 c. celery
2 onions (chopped)
3 tbsp. tapioca (heaping)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
2 beef boullon cubes (dissolved in 2 c. hot water)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all together in casserole and bake in 250 degree oven for 6 hours.

Serve over mashed potatoes.

This recipe has a lot of flavor and is a great time-saver for busy days or Sundays. Mix, put in oven and slow cook for 4 hours! Put it in the oven before church and it will be ready when you get home! Made this meal alot when my girls were little!
