2 tsp. dry yeast
1 c.water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c.water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
additional flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingred. and mix well.
Let stand for five days at room temp, loosely covered.
It will get thiner, bubbly and yellow.
After five days add remaining ingred..
Mix in enough flour to make firm dough to knead.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Oil pans .
Let rise and knead into rolls or loaf.
Bake til golden brown.
